About the role
Job Title: ETRM Manager or Sr. BA
Location: Houston, TX - 3 days onsite required
Length: 6-12 months
Top Skills Required:
-We need someone who understands ETRM i.e. can speak in POs / Cross Workstream language ,doesn't need to be an Endur expert could be other ETRM systems as well. Areas this BA will work on is Comm Operations i.e. volume life cycle like Nomination etc. along with Pricing related requirements for example settlement prices, forward prices etc.

Manager ETRM
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Analyst with experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems. This role does not require deep expertise in Endur specifically, but a strong grasp of ETRM concepts and the ability to communicate effectively across Product Owners (POs) and cross-functional workstreams is essential.
Your Impact:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Commercial Operations and Pricing.
Support the volume lifecycle processes such as nominations, confirmations, and scheduling.
Work on pricing-related requirements, including settlement prices, forward curves, and market data integration.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring alignment and clarity across workstreams.
Participate in testing, validation, and user training as needed.
Your Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the ETRM domain (e.g., Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, etc.).
Strong understanding of energy trading operations, especially in commercial operations and pricing.
Ability to speak the language of Product Owners and navigate cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
