Required skills:

8 years: Expert in n-tier architecture setup, including multiple web/app/file/database servers, load balancers, and DMZs.

8 years: In-depth experience in setup, configuration, and administration of the OnBase platform, including:

• Web servera

• App server

• Data capture and Full Text servers

• Disk group/platter administration including disk encryptions

• Authentication setup including SSO

• PAV/NextGen server

• Exposure to at least four different versions of OnBase

• Proactive monitoring and health checks

8 years: Hands-on implementation of:

a. Multi-thread scheduler services

b. DIP/DRIP implementations

c. Timer services

d. Advanced diagnostics settings

7 years: Active participation in OnBase upgrades.

7 years: Skilled in diagnostics, including OnDemand.

7 years: Strong foundation in base technologies:

• Windows Server (e.g., 2019) and IIS administration

• Knowledge of SSL certificate setup

• SQL Server databases (cluster mode)

5 years: Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) process in the context of OnBase.

5 years: Active OnBase Sys Admin, Workflow Admin, or Engineer certifications.

5 years: Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.

Preferred Skills:

4 years: Experience in Hyland OnBase administration.

4 years: Experience in Hyland OnBase-related support activities.

4 years: OnBase Certified System Administrator certification.

• Unity API scripting in C#
