IT Architect (431513) Location: Remote Contract: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable technical solutions for the Care Team Navigator platform.

• Architect distributed software systems with n-tier architectures, aligning with business and technical requirements.

• Develop backend solutions using technologies such as Python, Node, Java, or .Net .

• Lead and collaborate on frontend development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS .

• Design operational integrations for performance monitoring, reporting, and system optimizations.

• Oversee cloud-based deployments to ensure scalability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and care delivery.

• Ensure that the architecture follows industry best practices and is future-proof.

• Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in building distributed software systems with n-tier architecture.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in technical roles.

• Expertise in at least one backend technology ( Python, Node, Java, or .Net ) and proficiency with frontend technologies ( ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS ).

• Proven experience working in cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).

• Experience integrating tools for reporting, performance monitoring, and operational insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on impactful solutions.
