We are seeking a skilled Mid-Tier to Backend Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in core Java and Spring , with a strong background in backend development and integration. This role involves working on a platform responsible for installation and updates, managing various integration points throughout the process. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend systems, building robust APIs, and enhancing system performance through multithreading and messaging frameworks like Spring Kafka . Experience with No-SQL or relational databases and familiarity with Spring Integration will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.

Design and implement API development, messaging systems, and backend integration.

Work with Spring Boot , Spring Integration , and Spring Kafka to handle complex integration points.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform installation and updates.

Optimize system performance through effective multithreading and data handling techniques.

Manage and integrate data from No-SQL and relational databases .

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend development and integration.

Ensure scalable and high-performing backend architecture.

Required Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience in core Java and Spring (Spring Boot or Spring Integration).

Strong understanding of multithreading and backend integration .

Experience with No-SQL or relational databases .

Hands-on experience with API development and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka).

Familiarity with complex integration points and platform updates.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
