Kahua Automation Specialist
Location: Greenville, SC or Houston, TX (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Citizenship: US Citizens Only
Work Environment: Fully onsite with occasional travel as needed
Overview:
We're hiring a Kahua Automation Specialist to support workflow system development and process automation using the Kahua platform. This role involves analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications to meet project and organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Design and deploy workflow automation solutions using Kahua

Collaborate with teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

Lead status meetings and track project milestones

Support testing, user feedback, and implementation activities

Maintain documentation, coding standards, and user manuals

Stay current on IT trends and promote process improvements

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards

Participate in knowledge-sharing, DE&I initiatives, and team development

Support related tasks and contribute to broader IT project success
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years in workflow systems; Kahua experience preferred

Strong communication and project coordination skills

Knowledge of programming tools and enterprise application development

Familiarity with IT best practices and compliance standards
