Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a modern mobile application built using Angular and Ionic/Capacitor. This role is ideal for a senior mobile engineer who enjoys leading by example—owning technical decisions while remaining deeply involved in coding, quality, and delivery.
You will serve as the technical authority for the mobile solution, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards, while mentoring developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical execution of the mobile application and supporting backend services.
Design and maintain mobile architecture using Angular with Ionic/Capacitor, including state management and modular design.
Lead development for event-driven and real-time mobile workflows, including push notifications and messaging.
Define and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers.
Act as a player/coach, contributing hands-on development in critical areas.
Own CI/CD pipelines, mobile build processes, code signing, and release readiness.
Ensure mobile performance, security, offline functionality, and high-quality user experience.
Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Drive continuous improvement through best practices, tooling, and technical governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience leading mobile application development using Angular and Ionic/Capacitor (Cordova experience acceptable).
Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade mobile applications.
Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization, security, and UX best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and real-time systems.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated testing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor others.

Work Environment
Hybrid role with 1–2 days onsite as needed
Standard work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
