Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or technical delivery leadership

Proven experience serving as a lead architect, principal engineer, or technical lead on enterprise application initiatives

Strong background designing and delivering distributed application solutions across front-end and backend layers

Experience defining service architecture, API contracts, integration patterns, and application security models

Experience leading technical delivery in environments with multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and shared ownership boundaries

Strong understanding of modern application development practices, system design, and technical governance

Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and non-technical/client stakeholders

Strong experience with architecture validation, technical planning, risk identification, and delivery oversight

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular or comparable modern front-end frameworks

• Experience with .NET / C# backend architecture and service delivery

• Experience with EF Core and performance-oriented data access design

• Experience with enterprise identity and access patterns such as Azure AD / SSO / RBAC

• Experience delivering workflow-heavy or approval-driven applications

• Experience working with high-volume, data-intensive enterprise platforms

• Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments where traceability, auditability, and delivery discipline are important

• Consulting or professional services experience in client-facing delivery environments
