Lead SAP PP Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP ECC Production Planning (PP).

Manage and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders.

Improve capacity planning and production execution processes.

Support both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and WM/EWM.

Lead system enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and change requests.

Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and recommend process improvements.

Create functional documentation, test plans, and user training materials.

Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) experience.

Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations.

Strong knowledge of SAP PP integration with SAP SD and SAP MM.

Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments (highly preferred).

Strong business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations.

• Familiarity with warehouse management solutions (WM/EWM).

• Experience optimizing production planning and manufacturing execution processes.

• Background in process improvement and SAP solution design.
