About the role
Lead Site Reliability Engineer
McLean, VA or Richmond, VA – onsite position - will consider relocations( But try to find Local)
Must have senior level experience with the following:
Strong reliability and operational mindset (not frontend development)
4+ years development within these is REQUIRED: Scala, Python, GoLang – (Ideally a blend of Scala/Python or Python/Go)
Requires an Observability focus - Observe/New Relic/Splunk - must have experience with the observability of platform
Nice to have:
AWS certs are plus but not super important
Google SRE cert bonus
Automated testing experience
Day to Day:
Will support Internal Platform that processes customer data
Support development team to upkeep the code, support to our core modernization platform effectively and efficiently
