About the role
Manhattan TMS Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
GC, USC
Hands-on Manhattan TMS experience, supply chain and transportation management knowledge, onsite consulting experience, enterprise TMS implementation, problem-solving under tight deadlines, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Manhattan TMS implementations and upgrades
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system designs
Collaborate with technical, business, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
Configure Manhattan TMS modules and support integrations with other systems
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Manhattan TMS application issues
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
Train onsite users and provide post-go-live support
Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
Support continuous improvement, optimization, and enhancement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan TMS
Proven experience working on onsite consulting projects
Solid understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes
Experience with full lifecycle TMS implementations
Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver solutions under tight timelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Authorized to work onsite in Atlanta, GA
Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating Manhattan TMS with WMS, ERP, or other supply chain systems

Prior consulting or system integrator experience

Knowledge of EDI, carrier integrations, and freight rating concepts
