Job Title: Manhattan Warehouse Management System Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert in Manhattan WMS and OMS across retail and supply chain domains.
Establish and lead Delivery, Consulting, and Quality Engineering practices.
Design scalable solutions in collaboration with Manhattan and cross-functional consultants.
Provide technical leadership across WMS, DOM, EEM, TMS, Billing, SCI, JDA Allocations, SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS, Slotting Optimization, and Labor Management.
Architect, implement, and support enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
Drive system stability through monitoring, capacity analysis, and root cause resolution.
Lead complex, precedent-setting projects with long-term impact.
Mentor junior consultants and manage operational teams to ensure excellence.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and consensus across business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS/OMS and retail supply chain systems.
Proven success in solution architecture, implementation, and support .
Deep understanding of software development life cycle , APIs, and integration technologies.
Experience with SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS , SCI, and labor optimization tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage operations and influence short-term outcomes.
