About the role
Required Qualifications
6+ years of web and client-server application development experience including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
3+ years of previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management
3+ years of experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing
3-5 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Object Oriented Design
3-6 years of experience with Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC and MVVM design patterns
Experience with MS .NET Frameworks 4 and 6
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and stored procedures/triggers
Must be a Wisconsin resident - no relocation allowed
Security clearance required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
