About the role
Job Title: Mid-Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Location: Clearwater, FL 33756 (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP

Must be located in the Tampa Bay Area or within 1 hour of Clearwater, FL.
No sponsorship. Candidates must be able to convert to full-time without sponsorship.
Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week).
Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a large-scale application modernization project for a payroll processing platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET , and modern development practices, including AI-assisted coding tools.
Required Skills
5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
Strong experience with React
JavaScript / TypeScript
C# / .NET
REST API development
SOLID Principles & OOP
Experience with AI coding tools (Claude/Claude Code or similar)
Agile/Scrum environment
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
CI/CD pipelines
Performance optimization
Payroll, HR, or Enterprise application experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React and .NET.
Build new features for a modern payroll platform.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency.
Follow Agile methodologies and best software engineering practices.
