Machine Learning Engineer – Hybrid
Location: Plano, Dallas, TX (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 12 Months

Strong experience in Python, PySpark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Delta Lake, MLflow, Azure, and building enterprise-grade ML/data engineering pipelines with workflow orchestration and GenAI exposure.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong Data Engineering skills to support enterprise-level ML workflows and scalable data pipeline development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks, Kafka, and cloud-based data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable ML workflows and production-grade data pipelines
Build solutions using Python, PySpark, Spark, and Databricks
Develop APIs and support ML workflow integrations
Work with distributed data systems such as Kafka, Snowflake, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Implement SQL/NoSQL data models including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
Support data migration, identifier remapping, and historical backfills
Use Delta Lake and MLflow for model lifecycle management and data versioning
Develop workflow orchestration for ML and data engineering processes
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in Azure cloud environments
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using ELK Stack (Elastic/Kibana)
Support GenAI and next-generation AI initiatives
Required Skills:
5–8 years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Engineering
Strong Python and API development experience
Hands-on experience with PySpark, Spark, Databricks, Kafka, and Snowflake
Experience building enterprise data pipelines and ML workflows
Knowledge of Delta Lake, MLflow, and workflow orchestration
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, SCD, and data migration processes
Familiarity with Azure cloud platform
Experience with ELK Stack (Elastic/Kibana)
GenAI experience is a plus
Note:
Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas/Plano area
Relocation candidates will not be considered
Telecom industry experience is preferred
