Senior Microsoft Developer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared goals.

· Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet business needs and industry best practices, ensuring proactive problem-solving

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries, ensuring clear and concise communication.

· Maintain a high level of urgency and accountability in all development efforts.

· Encourage team members to take initiative, ask questions, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

· Promote a team-oriented mindset, avoiding a sole-contributor approach.

· Seek to understand the "why" behind development tasks to drive innovation & efficiency.

· Ensure that obstacles do not stand in the way of meeting project deadlines.

· Demonstrate a "get-it-done" attitude and maintain a positive presence that inspires team members.

Required Skills:

· 5+ years of demonstrated experience building web applications using modern technologies.

· Demonstrated deep understanding of core programming principles, including design using Microsoft technologies.

· 4 + years of strong experience with Microsoft .NET Core stack, C#, MVC .NET Core.

· 3 + years of demonstrated expertise in ReactJS/NextJS and JavaScript.

· 3 + years of extensive experience working with SQL Server 2016 and 2019, including SSRS reporting.

· Demonstrated knowledge of data conversion and migration between databases.

· 2 + years of proficiency with project tracking software such as Jira.

· Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms like Azure and containerization tools like Kubernetes.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

· Mastery of the English language both written and oral.
