Ability to use WPF and XAML techniques to implement desired functionality.
Understanding of WPF and XAML details and interactions.
Experience with:
Dependency properties and attached Properties
XAML markups
Routed Events, Routed Commands
Handling, binding, and managing of static and dynamic resources, including binary resources
Creating, managing, and removing of WPF panel elements
Data binding, value converters
Customizing, templating, and styling of WPF controls
UI updates from non-UI threads
