Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), M–F; Start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. EST
Project Overview:
The Cleint is seeking a .NET Developer to support efforts to provide transit agency grantees access to Power BI reports generated from the Ecolane data warehouse. The developer will help explore and implement secure access to these reports via a new or existing system, ensuring agencies can only access data generated by their respective organizations.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the project's Technical Lead and Application Architect.

Design, implement, test, and document system features and enhancements.

Build secure and scalable services and interfaces to support agency-specific data access.

Ensure accessibility compliance and mobile responsiveness in all development.

Maintain high standards of code quality and performance.

Required Skills (8+ Years):

.NET Core and C#
-
ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Core (web apps)

SQL Server / T-SQL; recent experience with Azure SQL

RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture

Testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit); Prefer: Jasmine and Karma

ORM (Entity Framework, Dapper)

Containerization (Prefer: Docker)

Cloud services using .NET:

Experience incorporating accessibility into the development lifecycle

Hours: Up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Exclusions: State holidays and 80 hours of unpaid leave per state fiscal year
