About the role
NetSuite Techno-Functional Developer
Contract Duration: 6 months+
Hours: M-F 35-40 hrs/week
Location: 100% remote in US only
Reason for Opening: Migration to new NetSuite Platform
Interstate Group currently has:
Flat BoMs on spreadsheets
Item master settings (multiples, ROPs, stocking targets) in lists on spreadsheets
Production schedule going out 3 weeks via CSV
Purchase orders placed in NetSuite - quantities and dates determined via offline spreadsheets
Inventory added and validated (WMS cycle counts) in NetSuite
Interstate Group wants:
Add and configure NetSuite MRP module
Upload the item masters, BoM
Bring in production schedule via script and translate into work orders
Either not load demand forecast or dummy forecast
Use MRP module to calculate what to buy based on inventory, existing POs and demand from work order schedule
Possible customization required to cover NetSuite gaps like no location specific preferred vendor, or reorder multiple etc.
Possible custom visualizations using NetSuite BI function
To qualify for project:
Be able to articulate vision for implementing MRP module
Case studies and references are preferred
Be willing to assure quality
