About the role
ROLE TITLE : OnBase Administrator/Developer III
START / END : 04/27/26 to 06/30/2026, with a reasonable possibility of a multi-year extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2026). So, while many jobs at the state can run for multiple years, they are all capped at the start of the current fiscal year (and must be renewed each fiscal year).
WORK ARRANGEMENT :
Primarily remote but must be available on-site as needed. Candidate must be a WI resident or relocate within 30 days of start date.

CLIENT LOCATION : 101 E. Wilson Street, 6th Floor, Madison, WI 53703
KEY DATES (the state allots 5 business days, typically, from posting a lead to shutting it off):
4/3 COB CST (48 hours after State broadcasts) -- Submissions due to Amplified. Candidate pool built; vendors await the next step.
4/6 COB CST (72 hours after State broadcasts) û Finalize candidate(s) for submission to the State. Vendors can ask if XYZ was selected.
4/8 4PM CST -- Complete submission packet(s) and formally submit selected finalists to the state.
SUBMISSIONS DUE : 04/03/26 4PM CST
