Qualifications

• Education / Experience / Background

• ● Minimum bachelor's degree.

• ● Minimum of 6 years' experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application.

• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• ● Solid experience with recent versions of CC&B and related Oracle Utilities Solutions (C2M, CCS)

• ● Strong proficiency in design and development of Oracle CC&B Customizations: Batch, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services.

• ● Strong proficiency in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• ● Experience in Hibernate Framework, Weblogic Server, and Scripting Languages (Perl/Shell/Ant).

• ● Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.

• ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• ● Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Gitlab

• ● Knowledge of Enterprise Schedulers: Cisco TIDAL or similar applications

• ● Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

• ● Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• ● Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
