Job Description: Elite Technical is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial SME with prior exposure to Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations . The ideal candidate will support integrations and configurations between Oracle EBS (On-prem R12.2.11+) and platforms such as Nasco, G6, and Facets , ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Oracle EBS integrations and configurations with upstream/downstream systems.
Develop and maintain workflows, reports (XML/BI Publisher), and forms within Oracle EBS.
Perform PL/SQL development, interface design, and data conversions.
Collaborate with functional teams on GL, AP, AR, FA, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) processes.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and delivery quality standards.
Leverage knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion Financials), SSO, SFTP, and OCI infrastructure (preferred).
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in software development lifecycle (SDLC) with strong quality/delivery management experience.
5+ years functional expertise : GL, AP, AR, FA, FAH.
5+ years technical expertise : Oracle EBS R12.2.11+, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML/BI Publisher, PL/SQL, Forms, Workflow Customizations, Interfaces/Data Conversions, Integrations.
5+ years preferred : Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, SSO, SFTP integrations, OCI infrastructure.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Prior experience working with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations .
