Pega Developer

We are seeking a skilled Pega developer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of enterprise-level Pega applications. As a Pega developer, you'll play a crucial role in deploying large-scale Pega projects, ensuring seamless business process management, and enhancing customer experience. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business managers to understand the company's BPM (Business Process Management) application needs.

2. Application Design and Development : Design and develop Pega BPM applications, integrating them with external APIs and databases.

3. Solution Architecture : Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) environment.

4. Class Structures and Data Models : Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

5. Business Analysis : Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer requirements.

6. Integration : Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services.

7. Troubleshooting and Optimization : Troubleshoot application issues, identify coding bugs, and address bottlenecks.

8. Performance Testing : Conduct system performance tests to ensure optimal functionality.

9. Security : Maintain the security of all system applications.

Requirements

• • Education : Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.

• • Experience : Proven work experience as a Pega developer.

• • Pega Knowledge : Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x., 8.x, 23.X

• • Technical Skills : Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.

• • Methodology : Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.

• • Web Technologies : Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.

• • Project Management : Excellent project management skills.

• • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
