Qualifications

• Minimum (Required)

• 8 years of:

• Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules

• Experience developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR)

• Experience developing Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

• Experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database

• Experience with Linux OS scripting

• Experience working with AWE

• Experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents

• (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)

• (at least 4) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.

• Preferred (Optional)

• 4 years of:

• Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government

• 2 years of:

• Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system

• Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP)

• Experience with SharePoint

• 1 year of:

• Experience with Jira

• Experience working with the Scrum framework

• Experience with STAT
