Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid / Onsite) Employment Type: Contract (8–12 Months)

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Integrations

• Design and develop integrations with public-safety Records Management Systems (RMS) to retrieve crash reports (redacted/unredacted based on access rules).

• Integrate with ERP/financial systems for daily reconciliation of payment transactions.

• Implement secure integrations with online payment gateways, including callbacks and status notifications.

• Define integration architecture using APIs, batch processing, and messaging systems.

• Ensure robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.

• Maintain compliance with security standards (authentication, encryption, RBAC).

• Collaborate with data teams on data mapping, metadata, and indexing strategies.

• Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with REST APIs, file-based integrations, and messaging systems .

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).

• Experience integrating:

• CRM systems

• ERP/Financial platforms

• Payment gateways

• Knowledge of secure integration practices (OAuth, TLS, RBAC).

• Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).

• Required Functional Skills

• Experience designing public-sector or enterprise portals with workflows involving payments and document delivery.

• Ability to translate compliance/legal requirements into system and UX design.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
