Required Qualifications

8+ years of Reports Development experience

8+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (dashboards, datasets, reporting)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas

VBA/macros preferred

Strong experience with SharePoint site management and customization

Proven background in workflow design and process documentation

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with engineering datasets or within regulated environments

• 2+ years of Python experience for data automation and cleanup

• 2+ years of Power Automate experience

• Familiarity with process optimization and operational improvement initiatives
