About the role
Power Platform Developer About the Role We're seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing, developing, and implementing business applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This role will focus on building scalable, user-friendly solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity, while also educating and empowering end users to strengthen the citizen developer community. Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
● Strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform administration concepts, including environments, DLP, Dataverse, security roles, and the COE Starter Kit.
● Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal business systems.
● Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
● Familiarity with custom connector development and extending Power Platform capabilities.
● Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into actionable technical specifications. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training, support, and clear documentation. Nice to Have
● Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
● Experience with SharePoint development and customization.
● Knowledge of ETL processes, process gap analysis, and solution design best practices. Education
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Other Details
