Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI (DAX), Dataverse, API integrations, and enterprise-level automation & analytics solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on building low-code/no-code applications, automations, and data-driven insights to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents , and Dataverse

Build automation workflows to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency

Develop reusable components, frameworks, and integrations across systems

Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (DAX, M queries)

Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to gather and translate requirements

Integrate applications with APIs, external systems, and enterprise platforms

Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security best practices

Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions

Establish governance standards and best practices for Power Platform usage

Document technical designs, processes, and release notes

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software development with hands-on Power Platform expertise

Strong experience with:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

Power Automate (Flows)

Power BI (data visualization, DAX)

Dataverse

Experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, C#, .NET, Java, or similar)

Experience with API integrations, REST services, and client-server architecture

Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and reporting

Experience working in Agile environments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML concepts or low-code automation frameworks

• Exposure to Power Virtual Agents / chatbot development

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications

• Experience with enterprise-level solution design and governance
