Required Technical Skills & Experience
Core Platforms
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) — expert-level design and development experience.
Azure OpenAI — hands-on experience building generative AI solutions, including:
Prompt engineering
Embedding models
Chat completion / orchestration
Retrieval-augmented workflows
Microsoft Copilot Studio — ability to build custom copilots, conversational flows, plugins, generative responses, and integrations.
Hands-On Engineering
Experience designing and developing working prototypes within 1–3 day build cycles.
Ability to convert conceptual ideas into functional, demonstrable product experiences.
Integration experience with REST APIs, Azure services, third-party connectors, and Dataverse.
Expected Deliverables
Rapid-build prototypes (1–3 day cycles) demonstrating new automation/AI concepts.
Architecture diagrams, flows, and technical documentation.
Functional requirement summaries and ideation outputs.
Demo presentations for business stakeholders.
Production-scalable solutions where prototypes are approved for implementation.
