About the role
PowerApps Developer (pref ex state)
Location: Jackson, MS local only Work Type: Remote Employment Type: Contract
EC: State of MS
Required Skills:
· 7+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI
· Strong understanding of Power Apps formulas, development patterns, and best practices
· Experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps
· Experience implementing solutions that integrate multiple data sources
· Experience with Microsoft 365 development, including Teams and SharePoint Online
· Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator
· Business systems analysis and application support experience
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
· Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Skills
· Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, and the Azure ecosystem
· Understanding of security concepts such as access control and data protection
· Experience installing and configuring on-premises data gateways
· Familiarity with governance, compliance, and enterprise deployment practices
