Role Description
This role will develop intuitive, user-centric applications and automated workflows using Microsoft's Power Platform. The Developer will design, build, and maintain solutions that support CLIENT operational and data lifecycle needs, incorporating modern UI design principles and scalable logic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Build workflows and integrations using Power Automate, Sharepoint, Sharepoint Lists, and/or Dataverse.
Design user-friendly and responsive UI/UX experiences.
Translate business requirements into functional applications.
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
Technical Skills and Experience Required
3+ years developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse.
Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and conditional logic.
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills and Preferred Qualifications
Collaborative team player and strong communicator.
Detail-oriented with a passion for clean design.
Ability to independently solve problems and iterate quickly.
Experience with low-code governance or secure development practices is a plus.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Understanding of Data Privacy, Data Disposition, Data Lineage concepts is a plus, not a hard requirement.
Must have: Stellar communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders, ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently but also within teams.
