About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across supplier and procurement-related applications , along with strong consulting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions
Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across supplier and procurement workflows
Work hands-on with ServiceNow S2P ecosystem applications including:
Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
Supplier Collaboration Portal
Supplier Case Management
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Drive best practices for configuration, integration, and platform optimization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure successful delivery of client-facing implementations in a US-based environment
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P)
Proven experience with:
Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
Supplier Collaboration Portal
Supplier Case Management
Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions
Certifications Required
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
SPO Accreditation
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations
