About the role
Product Owner/Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
Developing business requirement documents, user stories, and system designs.
Coordinating demos, UAT, and code releases with technical teams.
Providing system reporting, SQL analysis, and testing support.
Ensuring smooth project execution in an Agile development environment.
Offering on-call support as needed, depending on the project phase.

Required Experience:
8+ years – Business Analyst experience .
8+ years – SQL experience .
8+ years – System reporting using Oracle and SQL .
8+ years – Systems testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).
8+ years – Experience in Agile software development methodologies .
8+ years – Experience in the delivery of complex Java/Oracle applications .
Preferred Experience:
5+ years – Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
2+ years – Project and/or Product Management experience .
2+ years – Expertise in prioritizing tasks and features to ensure teams focus on high-value deliverables.
2+ years – Experience with Jira .
