Product Owner / Business Analyst - Credit Card / Credit Card Services

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical vendor solutions, focusing on creation, refinement and management of documentation related to products and solutions

• Pivotal role in gathering requirements, ensuring epics and stories support the product roadmaps and ensuring AI documentation and data algorithms are accurate and align to the client's governance policies and templates

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for initiatives

• Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

• Develop comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and data processes, making complex concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders

• Facilitate communication between business users, data scientists, developers, and other cross-functional teams

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications to guide development and testing efforts

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects

• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical guidelines in documentation

• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Provide training and support to business users on tools, workflows, and documentation practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.

• Commercial Card domain expertise

• Proven experience in creating, managing, and updating technical documentation for products

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business documentation

• Agile tools (Jira)

• Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance in implementations

• Desired skills:

• Experience with TSYS mainframe
