Python Developer

A financial services company in North Carolina is seeking a highly motivated Python Developer for a great opportunity with their team in Charlotte.

This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements

• Make architectural and design recommendations

• Code, document, and test their contributions in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

• Contribute significantly to the formulation and design of the solution, not just coding the implementation

• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Python

• Extensive experience with .NET writing API driven web applications

• Experience with .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC4

• Excellent understanding of SOA principles, including experience implementing WCF/WebAPI

• Experience working in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment utilizing a Scrum (Agile) methodology to provide end-to-end development
