Project Description:

The Repair Workbench is an in-store repair application designed specifically for Repair Agents.

This application streamlines the repair process by providing agents with the tools needed to manage, track, and complete repairs on customer devices efficiently.

Key features include repair diagnostics, tracking statuses, inventory management, and customer communication.

The application is optimized for in-store use, ensuring that agents have access to real-time information and tools to enhance repair quality and speed, ultimately improving the customer service experience.

Position Summary/Job Description:

Collaborate with a team to develop, maintain, and optimize backend services.

Responsibilities include implementing RESTful APIs, ensuring application reliability, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and supporting database management and server-side logic.

The role requires foundational knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Java), familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL), and a strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
