About the role
Sr HR Integration Analyst
Terms: 6+ month contract (looking to convert)
Schedule: Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior, hands-on integration engineer focused on HR Tech and strong system-agnostic integration and software engineering fundamentals.
This role is responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations between HR Tech systems and enterprise platforms. Workday serves as the system of record, while Microsoft Power Automate and other tools act as orchestration and execution layers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of HR Integrations experience (they need to have knowledge on workday but they are also are looking for other HR Tech as well)
SOAP APIs (Web Services)
REST APIs
data model and object relationships
Business Process-controlled API behavior
Hands on XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation
Integration security (ISU, ISSG)
