Duties: As an Automation Eng., you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions within our financial services processes. Your expertise in automation technologies and continuous improvement methodologies will contribute to streamlining operations and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• • Work closely with stakeholders to validate and document automation outcomes.

• • Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of automation processes.

• • Provide ongoing maintenance and support to address any issues or enhancements.

• • Create comprehensive documentation for automation solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• • Transfer knowledge to internal teams to ensure seamless integration and understanding.

• • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to align automation initiatives with organizational objectives.

• • Engage with external vendors for tool evaluation and integration.

• • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes.

• • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Eng.ing, or a related field.

• • Proven experience as an Automation Eng., preferably within the financial services industry.

• • Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

• • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and experience with scripting languages.

• • Knowledge of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
