RPA Business Analyst

Key Skillset:

RPA expertise (UIPath experience preferred)

Strong Business Analysis skills

Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities.

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for RPA development teams.

• Collaborate with RPA developers and technical teams to design and implement RPA solutions.

• Assist in testing and validating RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring and troubleshooting RPA bots.

• Conduct impact assessments for process changes and manage change requests.

• Continuously evaluate and recommend best practices for RPA development and deployment.

• Create and maintain process documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or process automation, ideally in an RPA environment.

• Experience with UIPath or other RPA tools is preferred.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling and process mapping techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
