About the role
RPA / Machine Learning Developer (Healthcare Insurance Industry Experience)
Contract-to-Hire – Conversion expected in 2026
Immigration: GC/USC
Location: Remote, but candidates must work on AZ/PST hours
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in RPA development.
Hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360 (development, deployment, troubleshooting).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, VBScript).
Experience with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior healthcare or Medicaid domain experience.
Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Background in data analytics or AI/ML production deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
Integrate RPA solutions with existing applications, databases, and APIs.
Support ongoing RPA processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives, contributing to proof-of-concepts and production-level use cases.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.
Document processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
