Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple business units. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a results-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.

The ideal candidate will provide architectural direction, ensure scalable solution design, and serve as a trusted advisor in optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem to drive business value. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce designs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.

Define best practices, integration patterns, and data governance standards.

Evaluate and recommend Salesforce tools, AppExchange products, and integration approaches.

Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security compliance across environments.

Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to support enterprise initiatives.

Lead efforts for system upgrades, releases, and environment management.

Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture.

Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect in enterprise-scale implementations.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apex, LWC, and Flow automation.

Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools).

Experience with data modeling, security model, and performance optimization .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect must; CTA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).

• Background in financial services, insurance, or healthcare domains preferred.
