Possess strong technical skills in e-commerce, web development, Salesforce platform knowledge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cloud computing concepts. Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and B2C).
Experience with Salesforce platform and APIs.
Knowledge of e-commerce architecture and best practices.
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with databases and data management.
Experience with testing and quality assurance
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Advising businesses on implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including designing, developing, and integrating solutions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Strong Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud expertise
Experience with global e-commerce rollouts and integrations
Knowledge of multi-currency, tax, and localization best practices
Understanding of order management, subscription models, and payment processing, etc
Ability to collaborate with ERP, Finance, and IT teams.
Solution design, implementaton, integration, development, testing & quality assurance, troubleshooting, training and knowledge transfer.
