About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain complex configurations within Salesforce CPQ including Product Bundles, Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, and Advanced Approvals
Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and Zuora , including Zuora CPQ/360 sync processes
Build and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and resolve data sync issues
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
Create and maintain Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP) using JavaScript
Manage and configure Zuora platform components including product catalog, subscription lifecycle, billing, and payment gateways
Perform deep debugging using logs and troubleshoot system issues across Salesforce and Zuora environments
Handle sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI
Support production releases and ensure stability of the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ
Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora CPQ / Zuora 360
Strong programming experience in Apex, LWC, JavaScript (QCP), and Salesforce Flows
Experience building and debugging API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes
Experience with subscription billing models and revenue operations systems
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze logs and resolve complex issues
Experience with deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce CLI

Zuora Certification
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
