Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Apex development experience and a proven background in enterprise software architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with experience in Agile environments and DevOps tools. Experience in the healthcare industry and mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Batch/Scheduled classes, and Triggers.

· Customize and configure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Knowledge.

· Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality business and technical solutions.

· Utilize DevOps tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and follow the Salesforce deployment process using ANT, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE.

· Leverage ETL tools to migrate and transform data within Salesforce and across systems.

· Document technical solutions and assist in knowledge sharing and code reviews.

· Optionally, mentor junior developers and participate in training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex in enterprise environments.

· 1+ year of experience in API integration with third-party applications.

· Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development.

· Experience with at least one Salesforce module: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Communities.

· Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps practices.

· Familiarity with Agile development and related tools.

· Knowledge of ETL tools and data migration strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II.

• · Experience with front-end/UI technologies such as Bootstrap, LDS, Lightning Components, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript.

• · Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

• · Experience in mentoring or training junior developers.
