Salesforce Lightning Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team and drive the enhancement and implementation of Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management businesses for leading banking clients. This role requires a confident developer with strong coding skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and front-end technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning components and customizations to meet regional and global business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems using API integration and RESTful services.

• Apply best practices to increase adoption and deliver a unified client ecosystem.

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, test scripts, and front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges.

• Implement DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.

• Participate in Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.

• Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL/SQL.

• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services industry.

• Knowledge of BDD/TDD and automated testing frameworks.
