About the role
SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant
Duration: 4 months with anticipated extension
Location: Remote with travel to Honduras

This Statement of Work outlines the engagement of an SAP IBP Consultant to provide post-implementation support following the recent SAP IBP rollout. The consultant will focus on managing ongoing system stability, user training, system testing, and enhancements to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the SAP IBP solution.

- Consultant Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations and post-implementation support.
Proven expertise in SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP processes.
Experience in developing and delivering end-user training and creating comprehensive training materials.
Strong background in system testing, including creation of test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results.
Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SAP IBP issues effectively.
Prior experience working remotely and traveling internationally, preferably with exposure to Latin American markets or Honduras.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business users.
SAP IBP certification is a plus.

Duration: 4 months
Work Location: Primarily remote with frequent onsite visits to Honduras
Hours: Standard business hours, with flexibility to accommodate training schedules in Honduras
- Assumptions
Access to SAP IBP system and relevant documentation will be provided.
Key stakeholders and users will be available to participate in training and testing sessions.
Travel logistics to Honduras will be coordinated in advance to ensure efficient onsite presence.
Changes to scope will be managed through formal change requests.
