SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing - (Techno Functional role)

A recognized services company in the Hudson Valley is looking to add a new SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, the SAP ISU Billing & Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing at SAP ISU solutions to support the utilities industry-specific requirements.

Shift: Day

Schedule: Standard business

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (limited time on site but ideally local to the Poughkeepsie NY area)

Responsibilities

• Perform functional reviews, technical high-level, and detailed-level design, build, and review, solutions from start to finish

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP ISU solutions

• Configure the SAP ISU module according to business needs, including setting up master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and customer service processes

• Integrate SAP ISU with other systems and modules, such as SAP C4C, SAP SCM and SEW or third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration

• Prepare technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and support teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective solution delivery

• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, technologies, and industry trends while delivering innovative solutions and improving processes

• Configure Billing Master Data setup, billing, invoicing, rates, and tariffs

• Work with Billing processes such as Meter to Cash and Budget Billing

• Develop print (billing, invoice, etc.) solutions to integrate with SAP ISU

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience).

• Hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects.

• Technical knowledge of SAP ISU.

• Strong experience working in a service-oriented architecture with middleware interfaces

• Desired Skills:

• 1 year of experience supporting/working with the Utilities Industry and clients

• 1 year of experience working with/for a large consulting company

• Experience with SAP C4C
