About the role
Must have GREAT communication skills as they will be meeting with leadership regularly. Can be Fully Remote. We absolutely want someone to convert to a Team Member so this will be a contract to hire. After conversion need to be close to one of the Lexus-Toyota offices: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. A few key points for this role:
Focuse on paid media channels but must understand owned channels like email and SMS
Will collaborate daily and support an omnichannel strategy integrating paid and owned media
Works with display ads, programmatic campaigns, and ad servers
Need experience in automotive/OEM channels to understand how paid and OEM efforts align
Familiar with consumer data privacy tools like OneTrust and Ensighten (MUST HAVE)
Strong knowledge of identity resolution and data clean rooms e.g., Google ADH, AWS Clean Rooms (MUST HAVE)
Technical fluency in javascript, html, css, and platforms like DB360, Trade Desk, Google Campaign Manager, Advertising Cloud
Reports directly to a VP with 5 direct reports, 12 indirect reports, and 30 contractors
Supports both Toyota and Lexus brands, with initial focus on Toyota and GMP
Role helps drive innovation in a team still maturing in adtech
Must understand adtech challenges, coordinate paid content, and measure marketing performance across platforms
Strategic role with exposure to marketing functionalities and business needs
Clean rooms and identity resolution are critical to the role
Strong communication skills needed to bridge marketing and tech
Candidate should understand the economics of paid and owned media integration
Job Summary: Will work with Paid Channels on Analytics. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AdTech Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AdTech and marketing technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in programmatic advertising, tag management, consumer privacy technologies, and cross-platform identity solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge technical execution with strategic vision, driving scalable, privacy-compliant advertising solutions across digital platforms.
Day to Day Task Could Consist Of:
Be the technical brains behind the online advertising — not creating the ads, but making sure:
Ads show up in the right place at the right time to the right people (on Google, YouTube, display banners, etc.)
The technology behind those ads (like tracking tags and pixels) is set up correctly and doesn't break the website
The marketing team can see what's working and what's not by collecting clean, accurate data
That data collection follows privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA (they use tools like OneTrust or Ensighten to handle consent)
They help stitch together anonymous customer data across devices (like connecting when someone clicks an ad on their phone and then visits the website on their laptop)
They work with tools that let advertisers analyze data without ever seeing your name or personal info ( data clean rooms )
