Qualifications

• Must know Appian platform essentials

• Knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering

• Knowledge of how to integrate with web services, databases, or other systems

• Ability to build process models and executable workflows

• Ability to design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications

• Ability to build and apply complex business rules

• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• As an experienced BPM Developer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

• REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Appian Certified Senior Developer Certifications or Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification

• 4+ years of experience working in Appian

• 5+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development

• Experience leading Appian development teams

• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities

• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian

• Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum

• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

• Excellent Written and Communication Skills

• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
