About the role
Senior Associate AI/ML Developer
Expected Start Date : ASAP
End Date : 6 months from start date
Location : Please aim to find candidates who live close to a PS office in case they are converted over permanently. EST/CST hours
Interview Process : 1-2 internal video interviews & 1 client round
Note: REMOTE but need candidates to work on EST/CST timezone but looking for candidates who are local to one of client office locations. client has offices in San Francisco, CA or Arlington, VA or Westminster, CO or Chicago, IL or Boston, MA or Birmingham, MI or Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL or New York, NY or Minneapolis, MN or Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA or Dallas/Irving, TX or Irvine, CA.
Hands-on AI/ML developer with experience delivering 3+ AI projects (LLMs, Graph RAG, agentic frameworks like LangGraph), strong in building production-grade applications with Python, knowledge graphs/ontologies, and understanding of LLM tradeoffs, evaluation, and observability.
Note: Need to have implemented at least 3 AI projects.
Job Description
AI Industry knowledge & come up with ideas, Minimum 3 AI projects work exp preferable Graph Rag, agentic application. Able to develop using AI tools. Should not be only Architect but also have hands on in Development side. Good to have knowledge of ontologies, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs, Deep Agents/LangGraph other agentic frameworks. Strong understanding of LLM patterns, tradeoffs, and limitations in enterprise settings. Familiarity with AI observability, experimentation, and evaluation best practices.
