Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MI/ Remote or Hybrid may be considered

Pay: $100,000/ Annum

Job Duties:

Analyze business processes, stakeholder requirements, and system needs to develop functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system documentation supporting technology solutions.

Perform systems analysis by reviewing application functionality, configurations, data workflows, and integration points to support enhancements and implementation of business applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project teams to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, resolve issues, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.

Create and maintain system specifications, requirement documents, data mapping documents, and workflow diagrams using enterprise tools such as Jira, Qtest, and process modeling application Lucid Chart

Support data analysis activities by extracting, reviewing, validating, and reconciling information from multiple sources using SQL, and reporting tool (Snowflake) to identify trends and data issues.

Assist with implementation and optimization of financial technology applications, including securities based lending and wealth management systems, by analyzing workflows and recommending process improvements.

Participate in Agile and hybrid delivery activities including backlog refinement, requirements prioritization, sprint planning support, testing coordination, and production implementation activities.

Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans using testing tool Qtest; perform functional testing, UAT support, defect analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with Dev team.

Review system issues, perform root-cause analysis, support application enhancements, and assist with maintenance activities to improve system performance and reliability.

Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), business analysis practices, data management, and financial systems to complete moderately complex assignments while exercising independent judgment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's  degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent.

Min 2 + years of experience with a major project or organization.
